Cocus Nucifera (fractionated coconut oil), Vitis vinifera (grapeseed oil), eugenia aromatica (organic clove essential oil), zingiber officinale (organic ginger essential oil), thymus mastichina (marjoram essential oil), & myristica fragrans (organic nutmeg essential oil). Shake before use. Massage as much oil as needed into the arch of your foot and surrounding area.
