I specialize in guiding clients through deep, lasting transformation by integrating four key disciplines:
1. Clinical Somatic Movement Therapy (CSMT)
I use the gentle, precise techniques of Clinical Somatic Movement to target chronic pain and tension patterns that the brain has unconsciously held onto. This work helps you reset the central nervous system, releasing the habitual muscular contractions (often linked to stress and trauma reflexes) that cause stiffness, limited mobility, and pain.
2. Neurological & Trauma-Informed Pilates
Movement should feel safe, empowering, and supportive. My specialized approach to Pilates is deeply rooted in trauma-informed principles, ensuring every movement is respectful of your history and promotes felt safety in your body. I combine this with Neurological Pilates techniques to enhance brain-body communication, focusing on coordination, balance, and improving proprioception—critical for stability and confidence.
3. Herbal Health for Women
Movement and mindset are only one part of the equation. I incorporate practical, empowering herbal education into your wellness plan. This focus helps you utilize safe, accessible plant medicine to support your nervous system, hormonal balance, sleep, and stress response, creating resilience from the inside out.
